NOT AT SCHOOL: H36" W12" D3" FORMED, WELDED, ENGRAVED STEEL 2018

This is the first in a series of work concerned with school shootings in America. A formed of rifle to resemble a blow up toy, deformed by over inflation, the trigger worn down to a stub from over use. The surface is inscribed on both sides with a repeating sentence:
                                                          "...I will not bring a gun to school..."
