BigMAC
A comparison of the corporate fast-food culture, gang violence, and food deserts. Gun violence is an obvious threat to humans, the others may exist un-noticed as a threat to our society. A Food Desert is classified as an area that is void of stores selling healthy and affordable food. In areas like these residents concede to a diet of food choices based on proximity and economics rather than healthy values. The amplified model of a Machine pistol, the MAC11 is a malapropism used here to suggest fast food as a threat. Gun violence and diet affect humans, one almost instantly, the other takes years, both leave lasting effects on society.
